A Canadian groom not only left his guests teary eyed but left us with goose bumps after surprising his Indian bride the popular Hindi song ‘Tum Hi Ho’, to tell her how he loved her in a very unique way, during their reception.
Canadian Frank Gregoire did the unthinkable. Him humming the Bollywood song from the love story ‘Aashiqui 2’ to impress his Sikh bride has gone viral on social media.
Simran Malhotra, the bride, was taken aback as she realised her husband was singing a Hindi song. She eventually started crying, seemingly with tears of happiness. Hear him sing, left the other guests present also teary eyed. Simran looked stunning in a white gown, with Mehendi (henna) and bangles on her hands.
Reportedly, it took Frank six weeks to learn the lyrics and piano chords for the song. He pulled it off so well, not even skipping a beat, with full intensity.
Frank Gregoire who got married to Simran Malhotra in Baltimore, Maryland, performed the song at the couple’s Christian and Sikh wedding ceremony.
Tum Hi Ho was a romantic song sung by Arijit Singh, a playback singer, which featured in the Bollywood blockbuster movie ‘Aashiqui 2’, starring Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor.
