LAST NIGHT IN #TIJUANA ENRIQUE IGLESIAS SUFFER AN ACCIDENT INTERACTING WITH THE DRONE IN THE SHOW Last night Enrique had a show at a bullfight ring in Tijuana, Mexico for 12k+ people as part of his #SexandLove world tour. During the show a drone is used to get crowd shots and some nights Enrique grabs the drone to give the audience a Point of View shot. Something went wrong and he had an accident. He was semi-treated by crew on the side of the stage to try and stop the bleeding. He was advised to stop the show. He decided to go on and continued playing for 30 minutes while the bleeding continued throughout the show. He was rushed to the airport where an ambulance met him there. He was then put on a plane to LA where we was then put on a plane to see a specialist. We will continue to update as we have more info. Thank you all for your love and concern.
According to recent photos being shared on social media, the Heartbreak hit maker was on tour for his album Sex and Love and was performing at a concert in Tijuana, Mexico for a crowd of over 12000 people. During his electrifying performance, the singer caught the drone camera to give the audience a Point of View shot like he has done several times in the past. But something went wrong and Enrique ended up cutting his fingers of right hand.
After being semi treated by the crew backstage, the 40-year-old singer knew that the show must go on and insisted on finishing his set. Joe Bonilla who is a close member of Enrique’s team shared a photo on Instagram account where we can see the pop star continuing with the performance despite his bleeding hand.
Joe narrated the entire scene of what actually went down and further updated saying; “He (Enrique) was rushed to the airport where an ambulance met him there. He was then put on a plane to LA where we was then put on a plane to see a specialist. We will continue to update as we have more info. Thank you all for your love and concern.”
Well surely the fans who got to see the entire mishap take place right in front of their eyes must be terrified yet proud of their idol at the same time! We hope for Enrique’s speedy recovery and wish he gets back on stage for his next tour show set to take place in Mexico this July.
