MUMBAI: In celebration of the 2008 nominees in the Animated Feature Film category, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will present its first Animated Feature Symposium on 19 February at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.
The program, moderated by animator and animation historian Tom Sito, will feature onstage discussions with the nominated filmmakers (subject to availability) and clips from the films.
The 2008 Animated Feature Film nominees are:
Bolt, Chris Williams and Byron Howard, directors
Kung Fu Panda, John Stevenson and Mark Osborne, directors
WALL-E, Andrew Stanton, director
