Mumbai: Sarajane Smith and Erica Wiertz have been named Vice Presidents in the Sony Pictures Corporate Communications Department. Smith is Vice President of Corporate Communications and Employee Meetings & Events and Wiertz is Vice President of Employee Communications.
"Sarajane and Erica have made substantial contributions to Sony Pictures, especially in providing employees throughout the company with the kind of timely and accurate information and support that helps all of us achieve our goals. It is an honor to know and work with them, and they each have a great future as part of the Sony Pictures family," said executive vice president of global communications Jim Kennedy, to whom Smith and Wiertz report.
"These promotions are well deserved. Sarajane is widely respected here at Sony Pictures for her professionalism and dedication, and Erica has really made a difference in how we keep our employees up to speed on the news they need," said executive vice president of corporate administration Suzanne Criley, who has supervised Smith and Wiertz and who spearheaded the promotions.
