Mumbai: Time Warner Cable announced that Matthew Siegel has been named Senior Vice President and Treasurer. He will report to senior executive vice president and chief financial officer Rob Marcus.
Siegel will be accountable for the leadership and direction of all Time Warner Cable treasury functions, including banking relationships, capital markets activities, financial analysis, capital structure oversight and cash management.
"Matt’s intimate knowledge of the company, his expertise in numerous treasury functions and his varied and impressive professional and educational background make him the natural choice to lead our treasury activities," said Marcus."We are extremely pleased that he has agreed to join Time Warner Cable and know he will make immediate, significant contributions to our company."
