MUMBAI: Independent online video technology company Tremor Media has hired Paige Cone as entertainment marketing manager.
Cone previously was Walt Disney Studios interim director – digital marketing and as ad product manager for MySpace, where she played a major role in productizing that social network through innovative sponsorship and ad products. She will be based in Los Angeles.
At Walt Disney, Cone produced online and mobile creative for the company’s roster of brands, including Disney, Pixar, Touchstone, Miramax and Dreamworks films.
In her new role, Cone will be responsible for bringing innovative thought to Tremor Media’s roster of entertainment clients, helping brands take advantage of the growing opportunities in interactive video.
“We’re excited to add Paige to our marketing team. Her experience and deep ties in the entertainment industry will be a huge asset as Tremor continues to develop new products and go-to-market strategies in the fast growing entertainment category,” said Tremor Media chief marketing officer Melinda McLaughlin.
