BETA Records’ catalog of music will be available for VoxPop’s Internet Radio Network on the Beta Radio Channel. VoxPop will integrate the BETA Records website with MediaPal, its platform that builds an ecommerce solution into the site to facilitate downloads and purchases of content. BETA Records, which airs Beta TV in 157 U.S. markets, will be able to offer the completed segments through the VoxPop Video Network to be launched in Q1 2012.
"BETA Records is the perfect partner for what we are trying to accomplish," said VoxPop Worldwide President/CEO Josh Eikov. "From the beginning, we set out to build a presence that would allow consumers to identify the best in new music. The team at BETA gets it and we know that our combined efforts will result in more exposure for these artists."
Added BETA Records Chris President and Co-Founder Honetschlaeger, "Pushing BETA content across VoxPop’s new Video and Radio Network provides the fuel to manage the influx we are experiencing of artists and labels using BETA for video distribution solutions. We have produced thousands of hours of music content in the last year and the supply of bands producing music seems to have no end. This partnership allows us both to expand the delivery process so that more new artists can rock the world."
VoxPop Worldwide, which specializes in delivering digital media, in the form of music/video download and Internet radio, will utilize its MediaPal software platform to help site owners build an ecommerce site on their own space. The platform allows artists to build out an ecommerce solution through their social media presence on sites like Facebook and MySpace.
