MUMBAI: The music of Yash Raj Film’s Jhoom Barabar Jhoom was launched on 15 May 2007.
The cast, that includes Abhishek Bachchan, Preity Zinta, Bobby Deol and Lara Dutta, have been gifted a stunning collage of songs, music for which has been provided by Shankar, Ehsan, Loy.
The soundtrack features seven tracks and boasts some of the best singers in the industry, including Shankar Mahadevan, Alisha Chinai, Zubeen, Sunidhi Chauhan, Mahalaxmi Iyer, Vasundhara Das, KK and Sukhvinder Singh.
The music has been simultaneously released on music cassettes, audio CDs, the MP3 format and a DVD-audio format. The music of Jhoom Barabar Jhoom is also available for download in a digital format through the Yash Raj Films’ website and also on sites like iTunes, among others.
