MUMBAI: As part of a partnership with iconic singer Lata Mangeshkar’s new ghazal album Saadgi, Radio City will feature songs from the album for 10 days, starting 15 June 2007.
With lyrics penned by Javed Akhtar, this is Mangeshkar’s private ghazal based album after a gap of 17 years. Listeners who participate in this five day contest, and win, will get invited to the party announcing the launch of Saadgi on 21 June 2007. One daily winner will be announced on the Radio City Breakfast Show.
In addition, as part of the contest hosted on Radio City’s shows, ‘City Spice’ and ‘Hum Tum’, one winner will also stand the chance to win a diamond pendant by Swaranjali, Lata Mangeshkar’s signature collection of diamond jewellery, from Adora Diamond Jewellery.
