Dilwale Stunt Choreographer Roped In For Vijay’s Theri

DIlwale-Stunt-Man[tps_footer]Tamil star Vijay is making lot of buzz with his 59th film ‘Theri’, and now speculations suggest that famous Hollywood stunt director has been roped in for the film. After the film’s first look and official name was announced, this latest news of roping in the stunt director who worked for films like Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Dilwale’ is also trending on social media now. Well it is none other than ace stunt choreographer Kaloian Vodenicharov who has been roped in for Vijay starrer ‘Theri’.

Kaloian Vodenicharov has worked for multiple highly acclaimed films like ‘World War Z’, ‘Conan The Barbarian’, ‘Troy’, ‘The Bourne Series’, ‘Mission Impossible’ and the latest in the list is S.S. Rajamouli’s magnum opus ‘Baahubali’. Well it looks like Kaloian has already settled in India and is exploring the different film industries in the country. After ‘Dilwale’ in Bollywood and ‘Baahubali’ in Tollywood, we cannot wait to see what he has in store for Vijay 59 ‘Theri’.

It is said that the cast is currently shooting an intense action sequence in Goa. Till now it has been known that Vijay 59 will be an action crime drama in which the actor will be playing a double role. Starring actress Samantha Prabhu, the film will also have the staple romance that every South Indian film offers for the audience. The film also stars actress Amy Jackson who is now slowly establishing herself as a leading South actress. Directed and written by Atlee Kumar, the film is being produced by K.S. Thanu. Radhika Sarathkumar, Prabhu, Sathyaraj and Sunaina form the rest of the pivotal cast of the film.

The first look poster of ‘Theri’ sees three different versions of Vijay all interconnected in some manner. While one avatar is a cop, the other two are dressed stylishly and seem to be manipulated by the cop in a way. The film was said to be named ‘Moondru Mugam’ which means three face, and looking at the poster it seems like that title would also have been appropriate. Nonetheless expectations have risen sky high to know more details of the film after seeing the smashing poster.[/tps_footer]
