[tps_footer]Bollywood actress Amy Jackson, who is on cloud nine giving back to back hit films has apparently been roped in for Rajinikanth’s film ‘Robot 2′. The actress was spotted in LA attending robot conventions, where she posted few photos of herself with gigantic robots. This started the churning of rumour mills and from what we hear, she was there for Robot 2‘s preproduction stage related work. The Tamil version of the film is called ‘Enthiran 2’.
Amy was apparently meeting up with Robot’s original costume designer Mary E Vogt, and was trying on costumes for the film’s sequel. Apparently a mould of Amy’s shape was created to help with the costume designing. The film’s first part was released in 2010 starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan opposite superstar Rajinikanth. And after a lot of speculations, Amy Jackson is said to be Thalaivar’s next on screen partner.

This is definitely a feather in Amy’s cap who recently did the hit film ‘I’ opposite Vikram, directed by Shankar himself. So for Shankar to choose Amy again for his next venture ‘Robot 2‘, only proves that the actress is becoming a personal favourite for all. Amy Jackson recently appeared in ‘Singh Is Bliing’ opposite Akshay Kumar.
With her beautiful features and passion to do different types of films, Amy Jackson is fast climbing the ladders of success in Indian film industry. Not only is she a common name in Bollywood, but also a personal favourite of South film industry. ‘Robot‘ that saw Rajinikanth as ‘Chitti Robot’ will be back with another action packed high VFX loaded sci-fi film. And with Amy’s charming addition to the film, we cannot wait to know more about it!
Superstar Rajinikanth is currently busy with the shooting of his film ‘Kabali’ with Ranjith. He will be seen in a double role in it, much like his film ‘Robot‘. Robot 2’s shooting is expected to go on floors early 2016.
