Mollywood star Mohanlal has shocked everyone including his fan following by openly confessing that the actor is indeed bald! A photo of the actor with baldhead had recently been doing its round on the Internet; to put an end to the rumour the actor stated that it’s a fake photoshopped picture. But he also disclosed the fact that he has been using wigs from past few years now.
According to sources, the last film in which audiences got to see the actor’s real hair was Kamaladalam in the year 1992. Shocker! Critics and filmmakers have criticized Mohanlal for not being experimental with his looks and getups for the film’s character. The actor has thus stated that he is willing to be more experimental in his future projects.
The 54-year-old superstar has been on the run with numerous projects and reports suggest that he will soon be taking a short break. The Drishyam hit maker who was recently in Mumbai is planning on taking a vacation to Japan with his family after his visit to the holy temple Sabarimala. Apparently the actor is visiting the country for medical treatment as well.
Mohanlal has been suffering from spondylitis for quite some time now and he was earlier hospitalized for the same. However, that has not stopped the actor from appearing on the silver screen as he is set to give a series of films this year. After his return from Japan, the actor will start shooting for Padmakumar’s Kanal in June first week.
Mohanlal will also be working on his on going projects Ennum Eppozhum, Lailaa O Lailaa and Loham. After the shoot of Kanal, Mohanlal will next be working with director Vysakh for his film Puli Murugan. Only time will tell if we’ll get to see Mohanlal’s real life look in any of these upcoming movies!
