Riteish Deshmukh’s blockbuster hit Lai Bhaari (2014) Marathi film directed by Nishikant Kamat is going to back with its sequel soon.
Director Karan Johar who loved the movie tweeted with a poster confirming the news that Lai Bhaari’s sequel would back on floors soon. He tweeted, After the blockbuster #Laibhaari @Riteishd ‘s next Marathi film will be on the floors soon!!! It’s going to be huge!

The name of the movie will be ‘Mauli’, which is the name of the character in the movie played by Riteish Deshmukh. Once again the movie will be directed by Nishikant Kamat and will be produced by Genelia Deshmukh. The film is slated to release in 2016.
Lai Bhaari marked the debut of Riteish Deshmukh in Marathi cinema, while Salman Khan and Genelia D’Souza also feature in cameo appearances. The film went on to become the highest grossing Marathi film of all time. The film also overtook Marathi film Timepass as the highest grossing Marathi film ever.
