While Vijay fans were busy celebrating the star’s birthday and special visual treat through his recently released teaser of Puli, the culprit behind the leaked teaser video has been caught. Vijay’s big budget film Puli’s teaser that was supposed to be released on Sunday midnight was allegedly leaked by an intern working at the Four Frames Studio. Reportedly, the insider’s name is MS Mithun and he has been arrested by the police officials for purposely trying to sabotage the film’s planning.
According to reports, Mithun had captured the teaser on his mobile phone and released the same via social networking sites thus sabotaging the film’s teaser release plans. Mithun’s actions were captured on the CCTV installed at the studio through which he was caught doing the crime. The same footage has been produced to the police officials who have taken the matter to the court and a hearing regarding the same will take place soon.

Co-producer PT Selvakumar gave a statement citing the shocking act has instilled great fear among the film’s cast and crew. He further added that Vijay and director Chimbu Deven have put in a lot of efforts to make the teaser look as stunning as it is and that Puli being a big budget movie, it is inappropriate for some unknown person to leak the video that way.
In a similar way, Vijay’s photos from the sets of Puli were leaked online before the filmmakers could release an official first look poster. The need to keep things under wrap has increased even more nowadays since social media platforms have become such a huge source of wrong publicity.
Nonetheless Puli’s teaser has certainly raised expectations and now we patiently await for the film’s official trailer. Puli starring Tamil superstar Ilayathalapathy Vijay boasts a star studded cast of veteran Bollywood actress Sridevi, actress Shruti Haasan, Hansika Motwani and Kannada star Sudeep Kiccha.
The adventure fantasy film’s teaser looks grand in its visual graphics matching international standards to a great extent. The film also stars actors Prabhu and Nandita Swetha in pivotal roles. Directed by Chimbu Deven, Sibu Thameens and PT Selvakumar have produced Puli. The film (shot in Tamil) will release later this year in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu.
