SJ Surya, the multi-faceted personality of Tamil cinema has proved his prowess as a filmmaker, actor and singer. Now, his new avatar as music director with his upcoming film Isai has turned the spotlights on him.Isai, a musical drama marks the debut of SJ Surya as music director, who has helmed the project and played the lead role as well. The film stars newcomer Savithri in female lead with Sathyaraj essaying an important character. The trailer of Isai will be unveiled on August 29 for the festive occasion of Vinayaga Chathurthi followed by audio launch in September and the theatrical release is scheduled on October 2.
