The episode that goes on air this weekend, December 15, 2013 will see Raju Srivastav and his wife Shikha along with Master Chef India winner Rupadaman Handa and his girlfriend Shivangi in bottom two.
Raju’s wife Shikha has had a serious leg injury last week. The was the reason she could not even move, but as they say – the show must go on. The couple did perform using a wheelchair as a prop.
Raju and Shikha have two children, Antara and Aayushmaan. For Shikha, it was the first time that she participated in any reality show, but Raju has been a veteran. He appeared on talent shows like The Great Indian Laughter Challenge and Comedy Circus to name a few. He was even a participant on Bigg Boss 3.
Raju Srivastav started his Bollywood career as an extra in the film Tezaab, but his mimicry and the art of making other people laugh brought him to limelight. Raju is famous for his mimicry acts of superstar Amitabh Bachchan, and that’s what also gave him immense recognition.
Coming back to Nach Baliye 6: Raju was always ready with his one liners, not only on other contestants, but also on his wife and himself, which had everyone in splits.
