Audiences who expected Hrithik Roshan to only be romancing Priyanka Chopra in his upcoming superhero caper ‘Krrish 3’, will be in for a shock. For the handsome superstar is seen crooning to Kangana Ranaut in the new song ‘Dil Tu Hi Bataa’.
Filmed in Jordan (“Ours is the first Hindi film to be shot there,” proudly claimed filmmaker Rakesh Roshan), the song looks like the customary romantic track in an album of seemingly upbeat songs (remember ‘Raghupati Raghav’)
Nevertheless, Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut (who reportedly plays an alien in the film), are seen looking deep into each other’s eyes, singing the song and generally being majorly lovey-dovey.
Long haired, fair-skinned, open-shirted Hrithik woos Kangana amidst Jordanian rock outcrops, while Kangana’s attire needs to be seen to be believed. Her otherworldly ensembles, elaborate hairdos and heavy eye makeup make the song look a tad bit comical, an effect the filmmaker was sure not to have intended.
What will be interesting to see is in what context of the film this song appears. Whether Hrithik is trying to seduce the alien, so that she spares attacking his world, or if there is some other logic behind this song.
