Watch: Varun Dhawan’s Reaction On Controversial AIB Roast

In a recent promotional event of his upcoming film Badlapur, actor Varun Dhawan was asked his opinion about the recently released AIB Roast Of Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor. To which the actor swiftly stated that he doesn’t want any controversy related to the AIB Roast.

Thrice the media asked him the question, to which thrice the young actor changed the topic to promote his film. No matter what the question was, the answer on Varun Dhawan’s lips were ‘My film Badlapur’ and nothing else. Shows how dedicated the actor is and wants to focus on nothing other than his upcoming movie.

Varun Dhawan along with Yami Gautam were promoting their movie Badlapur at the sets of Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs. During the press meet when asked if he would like to host another such event like the recently released AIB roast, Varun Dhawan gave no comments, stating that his movie is in the censorship process and thus he doesn’t want any controversies.

The Badlapur actor was very cautioned with his words making no wrong moves that would affect his movie’s reputation. Smart move on his part as the movie is to be released on February 20, which isn’t that far. Talking about the film both the actors explained the meaning of their film’s title.

According to Yami and Varun, Badlapur has three meanings namely, Badlapur the town in Maharashtra, Badla as in revenge, and Badlav for changes a person goes through. The film also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Huma Qureshi.
