Aamir Khan’s PK was dragged into controversies and was also plead to ban film directed by Rajkumar Hirani on the grounds of hurting Hindu beliefs, faith and sentiments.

Yesterday during the launch of ‘PK’ DVD, Aamir Khan apologised saying that the makers had no intention to hurt anyone’s sentiments.
Though being dragged into controversies, Aamir Khan’s PK nailed it and created a box records of all time. During his release of the movie on December 19 last year and by all the controversies going, Aamir Khan chose to stay quiet and not react.

Finally Aamir Khan spoke supporting his film and also apologizing to the audiences if his last film has offended them. He said, “The film has been loved by majority. Personally I want to say I feel bad if I hurt a single person that was not my intention at all. Why we wanted to tell this, is because, it was an important point. But I want to apologise if I hurt people”.
The day “PK” was released; the film received a lot of negative reviews, comments and even received threats from several religious groups. But it didn’t stop Rajkumar Hirani’s “PK” from progressing and becoming Bollywood’s highest grossing film of all time.

During the launch of the PK DVD today actor Aamir Khan also said, “We never expected PK to do this kind of business.
