Bajrangi Bhaijaan Isn't Something New To Me: Salman Khan

Bollywood’s superstar Salman Khan has always been in the news for his movies or either for his charities and personal relationships. The actor has given audiences some drool worthy ‘Salman Khan movies’ during various stages of his career. His recent released film Bajrangi Bhaijaan is touted to be the best film of his career, and has surely left everlasting impact on his life.

Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan has created waves since the release of the film. With the most touching storyline, Bajrangi Bhaijaan has received massive response by the audience and critics. Fans were going gaga over social networking sites to praise their favourite star, Salman, but it seemed to be normal and all right for the actor.

During a recent interview with DNA, Salman Khan who is been praised for his larger than life film Bajrangi Bhaijaan expressed his views on the audience reactions and much more. The actor revealed that Bajrangi Bhaijaan might have changed his view towards life but his choices will never change when it comes to his films.

The actor has spent 27 years in Bollywood and has done more than 60 films by now. From his film Maine Pyar Kiya to Tere Naam to his various films like Partner, Baghban and Dabangg, Salman Khan has worked in every genre film and we surely agree on it. But the actor doesn’t find anything new with Bajrangi Bhaijaan, as according to him in every six-seven years, he has done something like this (Bajrangi Bhaijaan).

The actor said, “I have been there for 27 years and I’ve done almost 50-60 films. Every six-seven years, I have done something like this. So Bajrangi Bhaijaan isn’t new to me. Suddenly, people are like, ‘Oh, Salman did something different’. But they forget that I did a Tere Naam, a Kyon Ki much before. I did a film called Baghban, at the time I was doing some hardcore action films. But that actor was likeable and should be loved. You should play such characters. I have always made those shifts and will continue doing the same.”

Well, talking about Bajrangi Bhaijaan Box Office, the film has been labelled as the record breaker film lately by collecting 600 crore worldwide. The Salman Khan-Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer film earned enormous collection at the box office and at the same time has even made a special place in everyone’s hearts.
