Box Office Collection: Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan Inches Closer To Rs 300 Crore Club!

The family drama film Bajrangi Bhaijaan had a good second Monday business at the Box Office. Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan managed to pull in some good numbers on second Monday by collecting Rs. 9.46 crore net (94.60 million) approx. at the Box Office.

Director Kabir Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan stands firmly on the ground with 11-day collections of Rs. 245.46 crore net (2454.6 million) approx. at the Box Office. With this, Salman Khan’s recently released superhit film is inching closer to 300 crore mark in India at the Box Office. If the film continues to bring in same kind of numbers throughout its second week run at the Box Office and then third weekend, the film will surely cross 300 crore.

Going by the numbers Bajrangi Bhaijaan pulled in on its second weekend, the film saw a drop of 30% on its second Monday. Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui will witness fall in numbers with each passing day as it is currently on its second week run at the Box Office. However, if compared to the reactions other Bollywood films so far have received at the Box Office, Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan has surely shocked everyone with its mind blowing smooth run.

The film is still running decently in places like Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, UP, East Punjab and Rajasthan. However, the film failed to pull in equal reaction in Tami Nadu and Kerala circuits.

Taking about second weekend collections of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, it was unusual to see a Bollywood film have such an extraordinary second weekend run at the Box Office. Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan collected Rs. 54.70 crore net (547 million) approx. on its second weekend itself, which is more than what Aamir Khan’s PK earned on its second weekend run at the Box Office. Now our eyes are on Bajrangi Bhaijaan‘s second week run at the Box Office and the numbers that it manages to pull in.
