Bollywood’s Dabangg Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan completed its second week run at the Box Office yesterday on Thusday and now the film has successfully earned Rs. 267.21 crore net (2672 million) approx. at the Indian Box Office. Not only in India, but director Kabir Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan is also doing a splendid business overseas.
Solely overseas, Bajrangi Bhaijaan managed to collect Rs. 129.5 crore (1295 million) approx. in its total two week run. With this, the film has overall collected Rs. 396.71 crore (3977.1 million) approx. in its two week Box Office run. With each passing day, Salman Khan’s action drama film Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, is inching closer to 500 crore mark!
However, in the past few days, the film has witnessed a poor fall in the business. If this continues, Bajrangi Bhaijaan may not be able to achieve its goal and break yet another record by crossing 500 crore mark. In India, Salman’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan saw a fall in collections after its second Tuesday at the Box Office. The numbers dropped even more on Wednesday and Thursday. However, there’s still hope as one cannot surely predicted anything when it’s a Salman Khan film that we are talking about.
Even though the film has broken many records and set new ones with its fabulous business, Bajrangi Bhaijaan couldn’t beat Aamir Khan’s PK’s business at the Box Office. The film is still being well received by the audiences. Fans have loved Salman Khan’s performance in Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
The film tells a story of a soft-hearted innocent man named Pavan (played by Salman Khan), who happens to be a devotee of lord Bajrangi, sets out on a journey to help a little mute Pakistani girl reach safely back to her homeland. The film features Kareena Kapoor Khan in the role of Rashika, whereas Nawazuddin Siddiqui plays the role of a Pakistani journalist.
