Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan has successfully completed its third weekend run at the Box Office with impressive numbers. By earning Rs. 8 crore net (80 million) approx. on Sunday, Bajrangi Bhaijaan collected Rs. 18.65 crore net (186.5 million) approx. on its third weekend run at the Box Office.
On Friday, the film managed to pull in Rs. 4.25 crore net (42.5 million) approx. and then on Saturday, Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan saw a good growth at the Box Office as it collected Rs. 6.40 crore net (64 million) approx. After its third weekend run at the box office, the total collection of director Kabir Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan stands on Rs. 285.86 crore net (2858.6 million) approximately.
Though the record breaking action drama film had a really good run at the Box Office, the film failed to beat Aamir Khan’s PK’s records. Due to fall in the collections and footfalls, Bajrangi Bhaijaan couldn’t cross 300 crore mark by the end of its third weened run. Going by the collections, it doesn’t look like Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan will be able to cross 300 crore mark in its third week run at the Box Office. By Salman Khan’s current collections, it is most likely that Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan will not be able to beat Aamir Khan’s PK’s lifetime collections, which stands on 339 crore net (3390 million) approx.
Directed by Kabir Khan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, did an amazing business in places like Delhi, Rajasthan, UP and Mumbai on its third weekend run at the Box Office.
The film tells a story of a soft-hearted innocent man named Pavan (played by Salman Khan), who happens to be a devotee of lord Bajrangi, sets out on a journey to help a little mute Pakistani girl reach safely back to her homeland. The film features Kareena Kapoor Khan in the role of Rashika, whereas Nawazuddin Siddiqui plays the role of a Pakistani journalist.
