MUMBAI: On October 7, Sony BMG Music recording artist Sarah McLachlan will release her first best-of collection.
The Best Of Sarah McLachlan contains 14 classic tracks personally selected by the artist from her award-winning catalogue, as well as two newly recorded and previously unreleased songs, "U Want Me 2" and "Don’t Give Up On Us," working with her long-time producer Pierre Marchand. Additionally, a deluxe 2-CD version will be available, which will include the 16-song album plus a bonus disc of additional songs from Sarah’s discography.
Since joining Sony BMG Music two decades ago, every one of McLachlan’s studio and live albums and videos have been certified gold, platinum, or multi-platinum by the RIAA, starting with Touch (1988) and Solace (1991), both gold sellers.
