Mumbai: Monster, manufacturer of high-end cables, AV accessories, and power conditioning products, announced that it would be an official partner of the 61st annual Cannes Film Festival, which will take place from 14 – 25 May.
Advanced Monster high-performance loudspeaker speaker and HDMI cables will be featured in the five custom-built screening rooms of the Marche du Film, the world’s largest international film market, which is part of the Festival de Cannes organization. The state-of-the-art screening rooms will be wired for audio with Monster XP Speaker Cable and MC 1000EX Cables for HDMI.
The rooms are located at the luxurious Hotel Gray D’Albion, the 5-star hotel located on the world-famous Croisette, which runs along the shoreline of Cannes. Components from Harman Kardon and JBL Synthesis will also be featured in the rooms, which seat between 30 and 72 attendees each.
Monster is also providing the audio cables for three additional screening rooms in the Palais des Festival for the Short Film Corner that is also part of the Festival de Cannes organization.
