MUMBAI: Monday evening at London’s Leicester Square will be a treat for Bollywood fans. Chandni Chowk To China, after premiereing in Los Angeles and Toronto, will now have its European premiere in London. And walking the red carpet with the stars of the film, Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone, will be the Star of the Millenium, Amitabh Bachchan.

Akshay has worked with the Big B on several films and is universally called his screen son. So it was not surprising when Bachchan accepted the invite for the premiere.

Directed by Nikhil Advani, Chandni Chowk to China Town has opened to 125 theatres in America and has already got a phenomenal opening, thanks to the marketing campaign by Warner Bros, who are distributing the film. The film releases in India on 16 January.
