MUMBAI: Several movies are an adaptation of books, the latest addition is Sajid Nadiawala who brought out the rights to Chetan Bhagat’s ‘2 States’. This acquisition has been making rounds in the media since quite a long time.
Sajid Nadiawala and Karan Johar have joined hands for the upcoming Dharma Productions’ movie – ‘2 states’. This movie will be starring Arjun Kapoor in the lead role.
Karan and Sajid felt that Arjun Kapoor is a perfect match for the role of a Punjabi college boy. Debutant Abhishek Varman, who is currently Karan Johar’s creative director, will be directing this movie.
