MUMBAI: Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision has acquired the distribution rights of Sajid Nadiadwala’s film titled Heyy Babyy, which is directed by Sajid Khan.

The company has acquired the rights for Gujarat, Saurashtra, Maharashtra, Thane, Goa and parts of Karnataka territory.

Heyy Babyy stars Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Vidya Balan and Ritiesh Deshmukh and is slated for release on 24 August.
