MUMBAI: Balaji Motion Pictures’ next movie titled The Dirty Picture will now release on 24 November instead of the earlier scheduled date of 10 November.
"We are shooting in Hyderabad at the moment. The next schedule is in Mumbai in August after which the principal photography of the film is complete. Thereafter, at least two months of post production are essential, hence the minor re-scheduling," says Balaji Motion Pictures CEO Tanuj Garg.
The Dirty Picture, starring Vidya Balan in the lead, is a biopic on the life of Southern siren Silk Smitha. It is being directed by Milan Luthria and also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Emraan Hashmi and Tusshar Kapoor.
