Filmy’s Bathroom Singer auditions in Mumbai

MUMBAI: The hunt for India’s first official ‘Bathroom Singer’ has started. Filmy’s upcoming reality show Bathroom Singer auditions will be starting from 5 August in Mumbai.

The new reality show is about ordinary people and their journey to stardom. The show is a hunt for an untrained singer who can capture the hearts of millions with a unique combination of singing and the entertainment quotient or ‘jhaag’.

Judging the performances of the contestants will be Bhojpuri star Ravi Kishan and singer-cum-composer Shibani Kashyap. While Kashyap will focus on the singing aspect of the contestants, Kishan will judge the entertainment quotient. The show will be hosted by television actor Gaurav Gera.

The Mumbai audition will be held on Sunday, 5 August from 9 am onwards, at the Goregaon Sports Club. The participants can either come directly to the auditions, or pre-register on the phone by calling 505 6789 from their mobile phones or 12 7777 from MTNL or BSNL landlines.
