MUMBAI: Aditya Chopra and Yash Raj Films have come up with a new trend. For the sequel of Dhoom – Dhoom:2, the makers have booked multiple theatres like New Excelsior, Inox, Apsara, Central Plaza amongst others as the main theatres.
Yash Raj Films is also screening the trailers of Dhoom:2 only in cinema halls, thus avoiding the media – electronic and print. What’s more, none of the cast and crew members are allowed to talk about the film to the media. This can well be called new age marketing.
The film is slated for release on 24 November and stars Hrithik Roshan, Abhishekh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai and Bipasha Basu.
