COLOMBO: The IIFA Weekend is finally underway and on the first day of the three-day long extravaganza, none other than Salman Khan walked the ramp for designer Vikram Phadnis.
Salman walked with his Dabaang co-star Sonakshi Sinha. The first look of the movie Dabaang, which is being produced by Sohail Khan, was showcased at IIFA.
Speaking to Businessofcinema.com, Salman says, "We are presenting the first look of the film here tonight and I am going to rock the show."
Sohail adds, "IIFA is the best platform to showcase the film as the world media is present here."
Sonakshi Sinha, makes her acting debut with Dabaang opposite Salman. "Coming to IIFA was a last minute decision. I was told to pack my bags and head to Sri Lanka only yesterday. This is my first IIFA as an actor and I am all geared up," says Sonakshi.
The actress was accompanied by her mother Poonam. "My daughter is at the threshold of a new journey in life and I want to be with her every step of the way," she says.
