Jagmohan Mundhra to begin work on 2BHK in March

MUMBAI: Jagmohan Mundhra is all set to begin work on his next film titled 2BHK around mid-March.

Speaking to Businessofcinema.com, Mundhra said, "This film is about two girls who come from two diverse backgrounds and have to share an accommodation together. One is a vernacular speaking girl from a small town, while the other is a convent educated girl from an upcoming metro. The film deals with their issues and problems."

Mundhra is currently on the lookout for the leads for the movie. "The hunt for the girls is on. I never thought that it would take me so much time to lock the heroines for my films."

The filmmaker, who shifted base from America to Mumbai, is ready with three projects in hand.

Mundhra had started shooting for Naughty @ 40 with Govinda, Anupam Kher and Shakti Kapoor in London, when his heroine Ayesha Takia backed out because of her marriage plans.

Mundhra says, "We are on the lookout. Fifty per cent of the film is complete and the producers along with me are hunting for the right girl. This should be done in the next few days."

Mundhra, has in the meantime kept himself busy with his Chase, a film starring Udita Goswami and Anuj Saxena in the lead. On the lines of a Hitchcockian thriller, Chase is the story of an innocent man, who is framed and hence is on the run. When the chase gets too much for him, he tries to turn the tables on the guys who had framed him.
