MUMBAI: Katrina Kaif sheds all inhibitions for the item song Sheila Ki Jawani from Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan, which also stars Akshay Kumar.
Sung by Sunidhi Chauhan the track Sheila Ki Jawani will see Katrina Kaif draped in a white satin sheet.
With the initial concept of the song being a raunchy Bhojpuri number to keep with Kaif’s character of an item girl, Sheila Ki Jawani shaped out to be classy mix between Chicago and Broadway.
Khan says, “I have never seen Katrina looking both hot and sensuous at the same time. We shot Sheila Ki Jawani in five days and every day we had a new set and new costumes. For the satin bed sheet, we had a 10 feet rotating bed with the men around her. She didn’t feel awkward with so many men around. The more they screamed and cheered for her, the more she got a high and her energy levels increased.”
“Katrina Kaif would shoot with us and then go and work out at 11.30 pm so that her abs would be toned. Her dedication is tremendous,” adds Khan.
Tees Maar Khan is all set to hit the theaters on 24 December, 2010.
