MUMBAI: Movies and special events channel Max will be launching an Amitabh Bachchan film festival from 15 August.

In the two week festival titled Ab Tak Bachchan, Max will pay Bachchan a tribute by showcasing some of his blockbusters, from his four decade career featuring movies from genres like action, drama, romance and comedy.

Max executive vice president and business head Neeraj Vyas said, “Amitabh Bachchan’s films are of ageless attraction and fans countrywide are drawn to his movies time and again. We are pleased to give our viewers this opportunity to enjoy true entertainment and to live up to our brand promise of Deewana Bana De.”

As part of this film festival, MAX will showcase Bachchan’s movies like Amar Akbar Anthony, Satte Pe Satta and Hum amongst others.
