The film is directed by Saurabh Shukla and stars Rajat Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Ranvir Shorey , Neha Dhupia, Dalip Tahil, Irawati Harshe Mayadev, Anu Menon and Navniit Nisshan.
Raat Gayi, Baat Gayi, which recently won the Best Film Award at HBO’s New York SAIFF, is a film about three couples and a keen observation on the modern day marriage.

Producer and presenter of the film Pritish Nandy added, “Raat Gayi Baat Gayi is a whodunit on a one night stand that could have been. No one knows for sure if it actually happened. Clever, funny, incredibly refreshing, this is a film that will keep you guessing all the way through. You will love this. Dangerous and edgy as it may be, it’s also funny.”
The film is scheduled to release on 31 December, 2009.
