MUMBAI: Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai Endhiran- The Robot will soon hit the theatres worldwide on 1 October 2010.
The film is directed by Shankar and is produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner of Sun Pictures. It is said to be one of the most expensive films ever to be made all over Asia. The film stars Rajinikanth and Aishwarya in lead roles.
The film is releasing in India, USA, UK, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore& Australia in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages, with over 2000 prints around the world and over 600 shows per day around Chennai theatres alone.
