Radhika Apte has always surprised the audiences with her invictus roles that she has played earlier which have gotten her rave reviews for her performances. The actress is getting all the appreciation for her recent projects and is now ready to embark on a new venture in the International film-making space.

The actress who is known as the indie star of Bollywood is also popular for choosing unconventional subjects and for slipping into roles with equal ease. Talking about it, Radhika says, “My inclination has always been towards content-driven cinema. I love how our industry is changing at a great pace and our audience who has been so accepting towards it. It’s with the kind of recognition that content above commerciality is getting which has garnered me the tag of an indie actor.”

The Indie star is well-known for her unusual role picks and now, the actress will be essaying the role of Noor Inayat Khan for her upcoming spy thriller, Liberté: A Call To Spy.

After making her Hollywood debut in Michael Winterbottom’s The Wedding Guest (2018) costarring Dev Patel, Radhika Apte has started shooting for her second international project. Radhika will be part of Emmy Award-winning director Lydia Dean Pilcher’s espionage drama in which she plays a secret agent, Noor Inayat Khan.

Radhika Apte will be next seen in a film alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui for which the actress has already finished the first schedule shoot in Lucknow, The pair were last seen sharing screen space for a web series.
