MUMBAI: Writer-turned-director Rumi Jaffrey’s debut venture, God Tussi Great Ho, is scheduled for a June 2007 release worldwide.
The film is produced by Afzal Khan. The writer-director team of Rumi Jaffrey and David Dhawan has previously made over 20 films, which include Hero No 1, Coolie No 1 and Haseena Maan Jayegi.
Jaffrey says, “God Tussi Great Ho is an out-and-out comedy, based on hilarious situations, featuring Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra. Amitabh Bachchan and Sohail Khan also feature in the cast. We have shot the entire film in Africa. The post-production work is currently on.”
