MUMBAI : Shemaroo Entertainment launches Best of Rajesh Khanna DVD value pack. As the name suggests, the pack includes four super hit films of the actor – Do Raaste, Sachaa Jhutha, Roti and Aap Ki Kasam.
The film Do Raaste, is about a middle class family, that gets ripped apart falling prey to the burgeoning foreign influence on society. The film is high on drama and has encouraged several remakes. Aap Ki Kasam has some famous melodies by the late R D Burman.
Sachaa Jhoota and Roti were directed by Manmohan Desai. Roti set in Kashmir, won the Filmfare award for Best Editing . Sachaa Jhoota featured Rajesh Khanna in a double role for the first time – One in a negative role and the other is in the positive role.
The Value Pack is priced at Rs 349.
