MUMBAI: Yes, it was ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh literally!
With Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Ram Leela’ nearing release, understandably promotions are on in full swing. The two hottest young stars of Bollywood – Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone – were spotted on the sets of ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 evening in Mumbai.
Deepika Padukone, fabulous as always, looked resplendent in a long gown. The top was black and white checks, while the skirt was a pale orange colour, complementing her complexion and slender frame.
Ranveer, on the other hand, kept it traditional in an all-black bandhgala with a pocket square. His long tresses and scraggly beard in place, Ranveer rocked the show with his quick repartees and one liners.
The duo naturally had a blast on the sets of Comedy Nights, with host Kapil Sharma adding to the fun. Deepika even performed her now-famous lungi dance step from ‘Chennai Express’.
‘Ram Leela’, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and starring Ranveer and Deepika, releases on 15 November, 2013.
