MUMBAI: Kareena Kapoor, who is the brand ambassador of Malabar Gold and Diamond, launched their online store in Mumbai on October 21, 2013.
She said that online shopping saves her a lot of time. “Whatever jewelry I bought myself from my hard earned money is special to me. Gold and diamond are the best fashion statement in jewelry,” she said. Kareena says she does not follow any trend and prefers to wear light jewelry.
Also when asked if she would observe Karva Chauth tomorrow for her husband Saif Ali Khan, Kareena said, “I’m a foodie, how can I fast, also I don’t need to starve to prove my love. I am not going to fast. I am a Kapoor. I can’t live without food. I would celebrate it by eating, working and by promoting my film.”
It’s been a year that Kareena and Saif have been married. Saif is busy finishing ‘Bullett Raja’, an upcoming action crime thriller, written and directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia and produced by Rahul Mittra.
If reports are to be believed then Kareena has patched up with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and has given her nod to do a cameo in ‘Gabbar’ that stars Akshay Kumar.
