[tps_footer]Family and friends who knew Pandit Pandharinath Kolhapure grieve his demise thoroughly. Pandit Pandharinath Kolhapure was the father of actress Shraddha Kapoor‘s mom, Shivangi Kapoor and her sisters, Padmini Kolhapure and Tejaswini Kolhapure. He died on August 15 at 7PM leaving the family in grief.
A prayer meet was organized on August 18, by the family at Juhu to grieve the death of this trained classical singer. The function was attended by many stars of our industry including the brown eyed beauty Shraddha Kapoor and his brother Sidhanth Kapoor. Pandit Pandharinath Kolhapure was a trained classical singer and was a cousin to the singing sisters Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosale.

“You taught us to live but not without you” clearly summarizes the sadness of all present at the prayers meet. Tabu, Boney Kapoor, Amar Singh, Sudhir Mishra, Sidhanth Kapoor, Kay Kay Menon, David Dhawan, and Poonam Dhillon are some names that were present there.
Most of the stars were seen wearing simple white Indian attires, the only exception being Tabu who was seen in a black short kurti with jeans. The cute actress Shraddha was seen teary eyed wearing a white chikkon Patiala suit. She was present throughout the ceremony with her dad Shakti Kapoor. The actress is supposed to be very attached to her grand-dad and was un-available for any comments.
Shraddha has been well appreciated for her role in movies like Ek Villian. She will be seen next in Bhaghi opposite Tiger Shroff, the occasion was grief and hence no one answered the press and we too left the family in peace at such an occasion. We truly are sorry for their loss and we grief the death of such an extremely talented star.
