Sanjay Dutt is again out of the jail as his furlough extension was granted yesterday. The actor returned to Yerawada Jail yesterday, as his 14 day long furlough ended and no verdict on his request for furlough extension was out. But soon after few hours, Sanjay Dutt received the good news that he managed to get the furlough extension and returned home.
Yesterday, the actor was snapped by shutterbugs as he was on his way to Yerawada Jail. At around 9 pm, the actor stepped out of the jail again, as he received an extension on his furlough.

Sanjay Dutt‘s lawyer, Rizwan Merchant confirmed the news by saying, “The deemed extension arises based on a statement made by the Home Minister. He said surrender is not necessary until the police gives its report and the authorities decide on Dutt’s furlough extension pleas. We reached Yerawada and verified this with the authorities after which Sanjay decided to return home.”
The actor is out of jail but as reported by his lawyer, he’ll soon have to return Yerawada Jail in another 2, 5 or maybe 14 day.
