MUMBAI: The stars of Nikhil Advani’s upcoming film ‘D-Day’ were at their best discussing about the film and their roles.
‘D-Day’ talks about the extradition of the most wanted criminal. The men on mission here, are Irrfan Khan, Arjun Rampal while Huma Qureshi and Shruti Haasan play their love interest respectively.
At the film’s promotion in Mumbai, the stars, Irrfan Khan, Arjun Rampal, Huma Qureshi and director Nikhil Advani refrained talking much about the film, but warned the audiences that ‘D-Day’ will strike hard.
Rishi Kapoor, who is playing the antagonist in the film, and Shruti Haasan were conspicuous by their absence. There have been reports that Shruti Haasan’s bold scenes have been reduced due to trouble from censors. The actress is playing the role of a prostitute in the film.
With Nikhil Advani shifting gears from romance to comedy and now action, looks like ‘D-Day’ will promise us a thrill ride.
The film produced by DAR Motion Pictures and Emmay Entertainment will strike on 19 July.
