Aamir Khan And His Controversies

[tps_footer]Aamir Khan is a great actor, a perfectionist and always chooses his films meticulously. But then he is also a human being and do get embroiled in controversy. The latter have often wrecked his normal life. Here are a few of them.

1. A British tabloid posted an article talking about Aamir Khan’s illicit affair with author Jessica Hines which produced a kid too. Though Aamir made no comments on it, the news spread like wild fire. Apparently, they met during Ghulam and were in a live-in relationship too. But when Hines got pregnant, Aamir couldn’t take it.

2. Aamir was accused by his brother Faisal Khan for keeping him captive in his house for long. He even accused the actor of forcibky giving him medicines, making him a mental patient.

3. Aamir Khan’s divorce with Reena Dutta wasn’t devoid of controversies either. The many alleged affairs, the last one being Kiran Rao, seem to have made Reena difficult to stay with him longer. They decided to end the relationship and move on.

4. Aamir took on Amitabh Bachchan when he called the latter’s performance in Black over the top. Bachchan later commented saying that Aamir is right as the performance went over the top of his head. Now the actor wants to clear the air with Bachchan about this.

5. When Aamir decided to side with rehabilitation drive of poor families who were to be usureped from their homes to build the dam over Narmada, his film Fanaa had to take the beating. The film was banned in Gujarat and created mass outrage.
