Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi, who had allegedly assaulted and threatened one of his neighbours during an argument over parking space in 2005, has been sentenced to a one-year imprisonment. On Saturday, the actor was given one year sentence by Andheri Metropolitan court along with Rs.20, 000 fine. Soon after the court announced the verdict, Aditya Pancholi’s lawyer came into action and he was granted an immediate bail of Rs. 12000 on request.
As per police reports, in 2005, the actor has hit his neighbour Pratik Pasrani and reportedly fractured his nose after the two got into a heated argument over parking space. After a medical examination of Pasrani, police registered a case of grievous hurt and criminal intimidation.
