Their motivation and elation at his progress made him work harder to stick to his diet and exercise goals. Eventually, Sami noticed that he felt better overall and was sleeping and breathing better. His anxiety and panic attacks stopped and he didn’t need external help getting up either. Once he had lost around 40kgs, his doctors introduced minor exercise into his routine.
