After Watching Hrithik Roshan’s Mohenjo Daro, Pakistani Minister Demands Apology!

According to reports, Sindh Minister for Culture, Tourism and Antiquities Sardar Ali Shah wants the director to apologise for distorting the facts in the film. Sardar Ali Shah thinks that the film has made fun of highly developed culture of the 5000-year-old civilisation. The reports also suggest that Shah thinks movie depicted the imagination of the director and not the history of Mohenjo Daro.

He also added that Mohenjo-Daro had been included in the list of international heritage sites and that how the world had widely acknowledged the importance of the heritage sites of Sindh.

Directed by Ashutosh Gowariker, the film was not top notch in marketing too. ‘Mohenjo Daro’ is based on the Indus Valley Civilization. The film had to bear loads of criticisms too because of lack of research. After receiving mixed reviews the film could not keep up with the pace of ‘Rustom’.
