Bollywood’s one of the most talented and skilled actress Anushka Sharma has recently turned Vegetarian. In a recent meet and greet with media, Anushka Sharma revealed that she turned into a vegetarian few months back and ever since, she has noticed the difference in herself.
The actress revealed that lately she’s been eating a lot more vegetables than she used to and she can really feel the difference in herself. “I’ve recently turned vegetarian so anyways I’m eating a lot more vegetables than what I used to earlier. And it’s going great. I’m seeing the difference,” Dil Dhadakne Do star Anushka Sharma revealed.
Apparently, Anushka Sharma, who has always been a dog lover, quit meat and became a vegetarian for her loving pet dog Dude, who can’t stand meat or the smell of it.
The actress revealed about her turning into a vegetarian at a press conference of a hair care brand that she is ambassador of. At the press conference, Anushka Sharma went further on and talked about how important it is to take good care of your diet and eat healthy, as you are what you eat. Anushka urged everyone to eat healthy and drink plenty of water, which she has always done. When asked about her fitness diet and how she maintains her perfectly sculptured figure, the actress said that she has always kept it very simple and doesn’t do much with her skin. According to Anushka, it is very important to manage your proper diet and lifestyle.
Anushka, who mesmerized the audiences with her carefree and ambitious character in Zoya Akhtar’s film Dil Dhadakne Do, likes to exercise and stay fit.
